PAYMENT:
Payment is due immediately. Please complete your payment within 24 hours to avoid cancellation of order.
Currently I only accept PAYPAL. Please note that you DO NOT have to have a Paypal account in order to make a payment. Registration is NOT required. Paypal accepts most major credit cards.
SHIPPING:
Your order will usually ship within 0-14 (depending on customization) business days from the date of confirmed payment (most items are made by hand once ordered) but I do my very best to ship out as quickly as possible. Paypal notification will be sent as to when your item(s) are actually shipped. Most packages include Delivery Confirmation for tracking. Items are shipped from Rocklin, CA and actual shipping times depend on your location (usually 1-5 days).
Prints are packaged with a manilla envelope and sturdy hard cardboard. Each print is also protected in a cello sleeve and an additional cardboard backing.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
Refunds and exchanges will be considered depending on the situation. If there is a problem, please contact me immediately via email.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Currently all prints are printed on quality Fuji Crystal Archive Photo Paper in Lustre/Matte. The colors are very vivid and beautiful. If you prefer Glossy, please email me a special request.
